Its kind of hard for me to go to sleep because I'm usually not that tierd even though I know that I should probably try to sleep so I can wake up in time for school tomorrow. Any advice?
My nutritionist at the health spa recommended to me a vitamin that helps me to sleep soundly and wake up
super refreshed. It's called Cal-Mag. Calcium Magnesium. I get a small dosage bottle at CVS or Walgreens and start out by cutting one in half and drinking it with water before I begin to get ready for bed. Cutting it in half is just my way of being cautious, and yes I have at times taken 1 full tablet, but never more than one.
It brings on a comfortable sleep and I may wake up in the same position I went to sleep in, that's how relaxed you'll be, but when you wake up, you will be wide awake with no sluggishness. It's great.
Another vitamin you could try is Valerian Root. Small caution, this one smells terrible but will make you drowsy. Look them up on the web, and ask questions of your teachers and doctors about them. Let your parents know if you are going to try them. Cal-Mag is great for sleep.
