Girls locking eyes with me?

I don't wanna sound conceded but I walk by a lot of girls look them in the eyes and we continue to look each other until were well past each other. What does this mean? I want to ask some out I'm just not sure if there looking because I am or were locking eyes for a reason.

It means your being weird. Well if your looking at someone and their looking at you, your going to look at each other. I would be thinking what is he looking at

I like to stare at people (like you said) for some weird reason but idk maybe you could ask one out
