Lol, she may and at the same time she may not. U can't make that decision through that one thing lol. U need to look for more evidence like, does she smile at u , does she pass u frequently, did she ever bump into u, u understand. Because some people just stare and while u might say nah man its deferent lol, there might be someone else on yahoo answer asking the same thing referring to the same girl. U need more evidence man , don't jump the gun and possibly embarrass yourself. U should try introducing urself to her, based on her reaction will better be able to tell, like if u get a oh hi reaction or a omg hes finally speaking to me reaction
