建議在信函中多以間接問句取代直接問句.

可以這麼說:
Please advise if parking space is available at your company/school or
nearby for our tour bus and a sedan during our visit.

我會這麼問：

中文：我們有一部大遊覽車及一輛轎車將開往貴公司／貴校，請問是否方便停放？或者可否建議停放在何處？

We will be coming in a bus and a passenger car. Please advise us of the parking options. Thank you.

It's OK - I have a spare CRJ700. But it is just too big for 1-person trip.
