I cant read through my left eye?

My left eye is my lesser dominant eye, but is it normal that you can barely read out of it (i can read but the words are blurry)? and also around the pupil i see little ridges, its not a completely round pupil. i have 20/20 vision knowing this by my latest vision test getting my drivers licence. Is it normal or should i get it checked out? Thank you, any answers will be appreciated.
