Whats wrong with my tooth? I can't see a dentist yet ):?

Ok so I don't have insurance at the moment & I'm in the process of trying to get it, that's why I haven't visited a dentist yet but I think I may just pay full price for whatever I need because its been about 9 days & iv been having tooth pain that ranged from mild to severe. My molar tooth has a hole which I never noticed till I started experiencing pain from it, the pain comes every few hours & now it hurts my left jaw as well as my left temple too. Yesterday it was so bad I just cried & it went away after an hour, iv been brushing daily & even tried the oil pulling method and iv been taking aspirins but the pain is beginning to interfere with my life. I can't even study ):
