Why wont this guy text me back?

So last night it was my friends birthday and we all went to this party, everything was going great and when I was getting my coat I realised I had lost some money and I started looking around for it, this guy noticed and asked me what I was looking for so I told him, he replied with "Well my numbers free" it made me laugh so I gave him a chance and he put his number in my phone, we were together for the rest of the night and he even kissed me goodbye and told me to text him back a couple of times, I did this morning and he replied with "Is this Sam?" I said yea and its been three hours now and he still hasnt replied.. I dont want to sound needy but I really felt a click with him

He was teasing you last night in hopes he'd get sex!!! In the daylight he realized that he didn't like you as much as he did last night & he's NOT ready to go any further!!! He got his thrill when you actually texted him & that was ALL he needed!!! MOVE ON Sweetie. He's NOT worth your time & effort!!!

It's only been a little bit..I'd wait longer before you start freaking out. And if he doesn't ever text back, hey, maybe it's not meant to be. Don't sweat it!
