(English Experts ONLY)

1: I would like to ask if the Monday's course is full now.

2 I would like to ask if it is still available to enroll on Monday's course.

I just want to know if there are still vacancy for the Monday course?
nb:
(1) Monday course must use article "THE" to indicate that paticular course.
(2) You don't have to throw grammar through the phone conversation.

Hope it's helpful.

Telephone Enquiry--To fill a vacancy:-
(1)I would like to ask if the Monday course (is full now)
=has vacancy available ?
Telephone Enquiry---on official quota:-
(2)I would like to ask if (it is still available to enroll in)
=Monday's course
="official quota" is already full in Monday's course.?

You can ask them whether the quota is already full.

BTW, I think it should be "enroll in", please read:

I would like to know if the course on Monday still has any vacancies or not.
I would like to know if there're any quotas left for the Monday's course.
