Does my crush like me back?

So i really like this guy and i think he might like me back. He always stares at me and smiles, and when i ask why hes looking at me, he smiles harder and looks away, its adorable! He called me cute a couple times, but cute could mean anything? And he also gave me a nickname and said that only he could call me that, no one else.
we dont really talk online or text, but we do talk a lot when we see each other.

So is he just being nice, or.....,?
