I'm just randomly asking this question because l notice that not many Indian girls are popular in my school, and guys usually don't ask them out unless:it's a prank, or they are very thin and pretty, and dress a little less conservatively. I'm asking about Asian guys in particular because l feel as if they're the only ones Indian girls really have a chance with other than Indian guys. I mean, I have at least one Asian kid in every single class of mine, and the guy l like is Japanese.
I'm just wondering because I'm curious. I already know a guy would not ask me out or even be my friend: They must be blind or something. Well, please let me know!

There's a stereotype of Indians being culturally conservative and thus, preferring to date within their own race - at least, there is here in the UK. Perhaps non-Indian guys are cautious about asking out Indian girls at your school because they assume that Indians don't like to date interracially and thus, that they will be rejected? You talk about Asian guys being the only ones Indian girls 'have a chance with', as if white and black guys would never be interested in an Indian girl - which I don't think is at all true. The human race, at your age anyway, is typically pretty shallow - boys will go pretty girls regardless of race; thus Indian girls have just as much 'chance' with guys as any other race of girl. Most people are not answering the question instead they talk about how you define asian and indian which is obviously out of topic.
So as an east asian guy I think girls from every country have their unique attractiveness. I am sure some of us find indian girls beautiful.

Erm yes.
An South Asian girl was attracted to me during college and she was hot, she was so lovely to me and my friend who is also South Asian was also interested in an East Asian male friend of mine and he didn't reject her because of her race/ethnicity.
Its true that its not common but I'm sure there are East Asians interested in South Asians and vice versa.
I'm quite surprised that there aren't many who publicly state their interest in South Asian girls. Its usually white, black and East Asian girls.

Well...as an Indian girl, I consider myself Asian. I have seen many Indian girls in an interracial relationship, the most common is white guys but I have seen about six or seven east Asian guys with Indian girls(two from my own family). East Asian guys and Indian girls aren't really common to be honest...I guess the attraction just isn't there. We are two completely different races and for me personally, I'm more attracted to white/Latino/Arab guys.

The "Indians are Asian" comment is stupid. Russians, Ukrainians, Turks, Lebanese, Iranians, Papaua New Guineans, some Egyptians, Afghans, etc. are Asian too.
