可以用其他的 “modal” in the main clause, might or could
if + past perfect, could/couldn’t have + past participle

A. Should you see; tell B. If you had seen; tell
C. If you have seen; not tell D. Should you see; told

答案 B 錯, 沒有 if + past perfect, … present simple tense
答案 C 錯, 沒有 if + present perfect, … present simple tense
答案 D 錯, 沒有 if + present simple, … past simple tense
答案 B, C, D 不屬于任何的conditionals (zero, first, second, third)

答案是 A. 是 inverted conditional sentence without “if”.

答案 A 和 D 用了 positive statement 在 main clause

negative statement 與 positive statement 的 meaning 完全地不同,
不是 "語境不及 C common"
