How many eggs?

Eggs are healthy and it's safe for your child to eat eggs every day, but because your baby should be eating a well-rounded diet, limit eggs to one meal a day and offer other sources of protein for the other meals and snacks. If your kid can eat 2 eggs in one sitting, that's fine. Any more than 3 though you should put a cap on it.

As for the milk and cheese, babies and toddlers need to eat a high fat diet for proper brain development. Always serve full fat dairy products if your baby eats dairy.

Don't eat any eggs--their liquid flesh and animal matter---by eating eggs your contributing to the zoonotic conflicts on this planet. Zoonotic infections are from the ingestion of meat products---HIV/HPV etc.all started from eating monkey heads-which are surrounded by bone and do not cook all the way through-thus they are eaten raw and infect the eater--and most zoonotic and vector zoonotic infections are from eating meat and the enzymes from the fecal waste etc.---this is a small list---animal products are hard to digest anyways and back up in system and cause health problems-ingesting animal products is destroying our planet etc.

Cholesterol has been given a bad name that it doesn't deserve. Cholesterol is vital for the growth and repair of every cell in your body. For a 14 month old growth is kind of important.

Just make sure that the eggs are properly cooked. Hard boiling then and then mashing them up would be best.

yea i wouldnt give my baby eggs either . kinda gross
