看樓紙追拥問題

我係a地產公司睇左一層樓,簽左睇樓紙.但係沒買到(我沒去b公司睇過)
之後我外父係b公司右睇左同一層樓,以佢既名義買左呢層樓(外父沒去過a公司睇過)
在購買前我曾告訴b公司我在a公司簽了睇樓紙,他們說沒有問題
現在a公司向我追討拥金
我詢問了b公司,他們說我不需要理會他們
我想問我需要付上法律責任嗎?如果要打官司,有勝算嗎??

只要你外父無跟a地產簽過睇樓紙,a地產係無權追你佣.
(因為睇樓紙係跟人名的)除非呢個單位業權有你份..
但重點係....a地產點解會知你外父買左呢??

If I put it this way - A company will not ask for the commission unless you have done something to influence the transaction, including the information you have provided. Simply saying - how does A company know your father-in-law is the one buying the house? Why does A company know the relationship?

You have a lot of gaps to fill if you want answers.

你外父向B買樓,為何是你同B交代或出面? 如是A就有權懷疑你有份促成交易而向你追佣,B向你說什麼都沒有責任,A肯定會追討你,因為有你資料,不論結果如何你都有排忙,你現在明白你沒有做對什麼嗎?
