Can somebody please put in a nutshell about what you understand by POVA...?

..(the prevention of vulnerable adults) into 2 or 3 sentences please. I have been in the care industry for 8 years and understand all about POVA but have problems with these questions for interviews. Anybody that can help me out here for my interview is greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

Thanks Jackie M but have already had a skype interview with one agency already that asked this. The criminal check is a different thing altogether..I am talking about interview questions....

You dont need questions regarding PVG for interviews because they will just tell you that you will need a new Criminal Background check done and a PVG, thats what I was told as I needed it as I work in a college.
