As soon as you are still attached to a Chinese (Mainland) Passport, you are a Mainland resident. All Mainland residents must follow Ministry of Public Security procedures for application.

The only way you will be eligible is you are officially a U.S. citizen, which will sever your Chinese citizenship from you. In that case, you can apply directly to the Immigration Department.

父母年過60,只要香港無子女照顧,就可以申請子女來港團聚.
