Emu Oil is a kind of animal fat. It is therefore a normal phenomenon that the Oil solidifies like lard when temperature drops and becomes liquid again upon heating. Before use, the bottle may be wrapped with a hot towel to melt the Emu Oil inside. The plastic plug may also be removed before the Oil is poured out slowly for use.
