Am I visually impaired?

I'm searching through scholarships for college and they want to know if I am visually impaired. My right eye is 20/20 with the help of contacts/glasses, but the doctors say my left eye cannot be recovered, and the best it can get to is 20/60 (and I still cannot process any written words when I see with it). I have also been suspected by two different doctors of having juvenile glaucoma.
更新1:

I also use contacts for astigmatism, so I assume I have that too.

Your real question is if you qualify for a scholarship for the visually impaired. No, you do not.

Because your vision is not impaired for you to be declared "legally blind", you wouldn't qualify for a scholarship for a significantly visually impaired person. You have to be impaired enough that your functions of daily living are hampered (driving, etc.) Also. you have to re-qualify for the scholarship t the end of every semester or every six months.

Yes, your left eye certainly impairs your ability to see.
