My sunburn was so bad that later that day I can't even [lie] on my back. It really [teaches] me a lesson. Next time I will be more careful.

~ no need to add the definite article “the” before “morning”. “all” is a determiner.
Other examples: all day, all year.

~ You should use past tense. (couldn’t)
The time expression “later that day” refers to a period of time in the past.
