there's gonna be a rod that is going to be spinning and the source of energy, but then i want the same rod to make different rpm that is going to spin different pressure blades in different rpm with different angles to build extra pressure,
so... is there a way?
i tried making a direct planet gear, but it doesn't work...
a gear that changes different rpm?

There is always a way, with combinations of gears of various kinds, perhaps belts. You would have to be more specific and take the locations, speeds, etc., and design each one.
