一個好的領袖對於一個工作團隊是很重要的因素,但如何才是一個好的領袖?在不同理境裡有不同的定義,但在管理行業內,我相信 X 會是一個優勝的領袖方式。根據參考書,內容提及到Z,工作團隊可以達到目標,管理層可以令員工工作上得到滿足感是很重要的,故此X管理方式中,讚賞及獎勵達到公司目標的員工能夠有效地令員工投入工作

根據參考書,內容提及到Y,推動員工努力是一件不容易但又重要的因素,故此X管理方式中,管理層盡力令員工把內在潛能發揮,或利用員工的專業技能及知識應用在工作,可令工作團隊更有效率,

根據參考書,內容提及到A,管理層的同理心及體諒對於下層員工十分重要,故此X管理方式中,與員工多溝通、於好與壞的時刻也灌輸正面態度,這不但令員工有親切感,更能令員工感到管理層並不是沒有體恤他們,這可以使員工盡心替團隊工作,達到更多目標。

另外三個管理方式,有其好處也有壞處,以下詳述這三個管理方式:

第一,A方式。這是一個完全不顧及長遠效果的管理方式,管理層說的便是決定,不會過問下層員工意見,也不會向下層員工解釋,一聲令下便要工作,這方式雖然能令下層員工聽從命令,但不得心人心,相信人事變動得快,結果令效率降低。

第二,B方式。這方式比A更不適合存在。

第三,D方式。這管理方式比較溫和,管理層會接受意見,亦讓下層員工作主,並會分擔下層員工憂慮。可是,管理層管理手法不夠強硬,使員工不太服從管理層命令,亦會有很多意見分歧。

在管理行業裡,管理層的命令很重要,但下命令前要顧全大局,畢竟人力資源是很重要的一環,下層員工用心處理工作上的事情又真心聽從上司命令,比任何事都重要。故此,管理方式X會是最有人性又有成果的管理方式。

The point is – how does a leader consider to be excellent? We knowthat it has different definitions in dissimilar situations. A good leader for a team is a very important factor, but how is a good leader ? Different management environment , there are different definitions , but in the management industry , I believe that X will be the leader of a winning way . According to reference books , the content referred to Z, work teams can reach the target , the management can make to get the job satisfaction of employees is very important, therefore X management mode, appreciation and reward employees to achieve the company's goals so that employees can effectively to work
According to reference books , the content referred to Y, to promote the efforts of staff is not easy but important factor, therefore X management , management staff try to make the inherent potential to play , or the use of professional skills and knowledge of staff in the application work , work teams can make more efficient
According to reference books , the content referred to A, the management of empathy and understanding for the lower staff is very important, therefore X management mode, communicate with employees, in good and bad moments but also instill a positive attitude, which will not only make employees intimacy , but also make employees feel management is not without sympathy to them, which can make staff dedicated to work for the team to achieve more goals.

The other three management methods has its advantages and disadvantages , as detailed below three management options:
First , A mode . This is a total disregard of management and long-term effects of management decisions is to say , do not say lower employee opinion , it will not explain to the lower staff , the order will have to work , although this approach will enable the lower staff obey orders, but not heart hearts , I believe that personnel changes quickly, result, efficiency is reduced .
