project coordinator有什麼入職要求?

例如:
•Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other construction related discipline preferred
•2-4 years related experience, site work experience is preferred
•Good communication skills
•Proficient in PC applications

- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of building works & can handle all correspondences
- Can handle Renovation/A&A Works/Demolition Sites
independently
- Possess min. 5~7 yrs. relevant experience

•Report to supervisor and assist in documentation preparation
•Coordinate with different parties to ensure smoothness of project operation
•Responsible for project administration duties including flow management and budgeting
•Assist accounting department in terms of payment collection and communicate with clients on financial issues
•Site visiting maybe required in occasion
•Handling ad hoc duties as required
