how can we do to help the poor

To won 5 months without concern about money:-
Since it can not concern about money, in the long term, HK govt. sites in core residential districts would be converted for Housing Society use. The future available residential area is in Kai Tak area, which would offer as much as 15 million sq.ft.
There would be 3 sites at New Central harbour-front, which would provide 2.8 million sq. ft.
Then the poor, the homeless get the home.
To Educate the poor to learn to earn:-eg:-
A poor yield from a garden must be plentiful.
eg:-Goods of poor quality must be made from low-grade to superior grade.
eg:To teach them how to fishing from scanty to plentiful.
eg:-A poor person beggar must teach to read "from pauper to prince."textbook.
If the poor cannot spend money, then they can owe,own,pay, receive bread or currency by the Govt. and they'll become a dutiful , resourceful citizen..

how can we do to help the poorfrom the very beginning to supply them minimum household daily needs
+ at the same time to educate them how to earn a living by their own ,
the more they learn the more they earn.

I cannot but think money is like a sixth sense without which the poor could not make the most of the other five. Surely we don’t like to pay lip service to them.
