有點不按文法法規的句子，但是假如估計想問的是
"What is under the desk"的用意，可能加上引號便英文人也會易明白。
What is "What is under the desk"?
但是一般英語人查問一句說話的意義或質疑一句說話都不會用what is...?
而是會用What does it mean by "What is under the desk"?
