有關past tense 既問題想問下

I will write:
I repaired a car(一部車)from 7:00am to 9:00am last monday.
事情巳過了，就可以用simple past tense 來表達。

I repaired the car from 7:00am to 9:00am last Monday.

事情巳完成了，用simple past tense 來表達就可以。

不要用past perfect tense。

Past perfect tense 通常是用來描述比過去式的動作發生得更早的事件才會使用。

You may write "I repaired this car from7:00am to 9:00am last Monday"

"this car" refers to lee 部車。

Answer #2 is absolutely wrong.

你可以寫"I repair this car..." 如果車就在你眼前，
也可寫 "I repaired the car..." 如果在談話中，或前文中已提及該车。

I repaired cars from 7:00am to 9:00am last Monday- ok in spoken English so no need to be so exact.

The mian reason is to tell people about how long you spent for repairing a cal. Then you should write.

It took me two hours to repair one car last Monday
or
I spent two hours to repair one car last Monday.

Past perfect tense is normally used for two action happened in the past.

I had done my homework when Mary came to my home Last Sunday.

Past continuous tense is same as the above.

I was talking to my mother when Mary came to my home yesterday.

因為simple past tense寫法表達的是(以前)做了的一件事(沒有時空規範)，但由於你的描述有時間(時段)，所以並不能以simple past tense為動詞時態，時態上有一種格式專應用來描述這種在過去「有始」「有終」，叫做past perfect tense(過去完成式)：

I had repaired cars from 7:00am to 9:00am last Monday.

I repaired the car at seven in the morning until nine o'clock last Monday.
