How do I eat or cook without any tools.?

Obviously eating out, pick up, delivery, microwave meals (like burritos). Plastic utensils you can toss after eating.
Well, I guess a microwave could be a tool.
Simmer up some soup, pour into a bowl or cup, and drink it in. Any microwaveable soups or cup/bowl stuff you can pour hot water in. For example, cup noodles can be sucked up from the cup after softening with hot water.
You must still have some leftovers and other foods in the fridge you can wrap up in a tortilla. No tools or utensils needed to make or eat.

Oh, I somehow ended up in Jokes & Riddles. I have no idea what the punch line or answer is.

or be brave and dont think about salmonella poisoning and suck the egg raw from its shell like a real caveman. Pound on your chest afterwards and hoot.
