my face gets puffy out of nowhere I feel like.
i've tried cardio and cutting certain foods out.
is there an underlying cause maybe? its SO embarrassing.

keep a food diary. you will figure out after awhile what food or foods inlfame your skin. Its likely you have acne rosacea

I'm not sure but if I can take a guess it could be an underlying condition such as blood pressure problems? It's important you see your doctor.
