The Wii Classic Controller Pro, play The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask through Virtual Console on my Wii U.
I have Majora's Mask on my Wii U through data transfer, but the Wii U doesn't support my gamecube controller. So, will the Wii Classic Controller Plus do the job?
That is all I want to know. PLEASE answer.

Majora's Mask is actually N64 Virtual Console, which is not available on the Wii U, but available in the Wii Shop Channel.This is also available on Wii U in Wii Mode (just not in Wii U mode).
So while in this mode, you cannot use the GamePad as a controller. Classic Controller or Classic Controller Pro are the only controllers that will work for N64 VC games, such as Majora's Mask.

Well, not as a substitute for the Gamecube controller, but you can use the Classic Controller for games on the Wii Virtual Console that already support the Classic Controller. Also, you can buy an adapter like this to use a Gamecube controller as a Classic controller:
