1. Nothing practically.

In theory, you can file a complaint with the Labour Department for the past due wage. The only issue by the time the Labour Department starts the process, the company may have closed, which loses the purpose of complaining.

2. You can apply for the Protection of Wages on Insolvency Fund only:

If your employer truly declares bankruptcy, your wage will be in the lowest priority to repay. In other word, once your employer declares bankruptcy, you can consider everything is gone.

我本人认为香港政府,没心没力去制定切底解除欠薪法律,比如有个企业家为了要争更多的钱,不段手段不排除连员工的工资都省花或拖欠工资,利用资金其它方式去投资争钱,反正劳工法例都唔罚款.,那就永久都会有僱主欠薪

真的不要在微型、蚊型、小型的公司工作, 這只會把自己的生計, 變得更壞。
月薪HK$12,000!?
以現時的香港個人生活水平而言,已是嚴重不足。加上每月只支付HK$2,500的金額, 仍能支持16個月的歲月, 筆者, 真的服了你。
離去吧! 牢固記著今次的經驗, 不要再踏足這類的鬼地方。
當然, 忘記亦可以, 社會大學會給予閣下多次的教育機會, 只是, 不要忘記交學費。
