申請外藉老公受養人身份

我老公係非藉既,依家拎緊行街紙,要每個月去入境處簽到,但係大半年啦都無通知幾時上庭,咁我11月中幫佢申請緊受養人既野,到依家已經交第2次表,未家訪,轉左第2個主任。

上次交表時去見個主任,個主任話佢有CASE係身,起碼一年以上先搞到居留權,唔知係咪真???但係佢CASE個邊又無資料比我搵到聯絡人,無得問幾時上庭了結件事,我剩係覺得個主任成日拎佢有CASE既事黎拖住發居留權,唉...唔知有無人有經驗可以指教下我。

就算唔係為居留權啦,我地兩個都想快D上庭審左,起碼個心唔洗成日形住形住個件事,但又無消息。

一早搵左好多律師啦,但係都話無得幫手,要自己同入境處搞

It is possible.

Anyone who has violated the terms of staying is a ground for deportation.

In other word, the Immigration Department wants to make sure that he will not be deported first before processing anything.

The only way you can accelerate is through a lawyer (who can push the case forward).

You simply did not find the right one yet.

A competent lawyer should be able to stress the Immigration Department by judicial proceeding. The only issue is it is going to cost you.
