How do I get a fever overnight?

So there has been many questions like this, but I have a special case:

1. I originally have lack of sleep, too often that I, my body got used to it.
2. I have tried to freeze myself, i.e. using extremely cold water, but that again, my body got used to it again.
3. I have also tried to make an hot environment, but that it is winter right now, so that it is not so effective.
4. I have a limited space to do whatever, and is occasionally guarded by my parents, as my house is actually small.
5. Coughing, runny nose, cold, dizziness, are NOT concerned as "sickness" according to my parents and school.

So with these conditions, how do I get a fever overnight?

P.S. No answers convincing me not to get it.
