Electric Meter Reverse Direction Threshold?

..If the instruction manual of an electric meter states this...

"The reverse energy warning message is triggered when
the reverse power exceeds a programmable threshold level of between 1- 10 Amps for a period of 10Wh. Once this level is reached the message below will be displayed which can only be reset via the IEC 1107 port"

Lets say the the meter was set to trigger at 1Amp for a period of 10Wh...

Would a set of solar panels producing just 200watts all day back through this meter set this trigger off?
更新1:

(Also, is this likely to be an accumulative detection? I know it says 'for a period of 10Wh' but is the detection reset every 10Wh or am I just getting confused?)

200 watts is 0.87 amps at 230 volts = not triggered.
200 watts is 1.67 amps at 120 volts, so yes triggered.
So it depends on the voltage of your service, unless 240 volts center taped is considered the service voltage in the USA. 10 watthours is 0.005 hours at 200 watts, so that requirement is met in seconds.

It would help to know what you plan to do. For example, if you're trying to drive the meter backwards without getting permission from the power company, it's possible that the kind of meter that would have a reverse power warning would also have a digital ratchet that would prevent the meter from counting down.
