有關英文句子既問題

我問Mary"Have you eaten a hamburger before?" 我亦問Mary"have you bought a bag of potatoes before."

想問下大家以上句子有無錯。

Have you eaten a hamburger before?
這句子的問法可以是正確的
但留意意思係問她以前是否從來未有食過漢堡包。

Have you bought a bag of potatoes before?
這句式跟上句一樣,所以意思有點怪:
你以前是否從來沒有買過一袋薯仔?
除非你對一個小朋友或者一個從來不去超市/街市買東西(薯仔)的人講就有意義。


看回答有些同學誤用before以為是指「是否已經」或「買咗未」,假如問人買咗未/做咗未應該是用Have you done "it" yet.

Adjustment: Do you ever ate the hamburger before?

Have you bought a bag of potatoes before.
Adjustment: Do you ever bought a bag of potatoes before?
