help! biology course work

Im currently studying in England and doing my biology coursework and Ive encountered several problems while doing it. Mainly about the lack of reliable sources I can find on internet.Can u guys help me ! coz my deadline is not far away.

Ive chosen the topic HIV, and the best way of treatment is obviously antiretroviral drugs,
1. I failed to find the biological methods and processes involved in producing the data supporting it (research)
2. I also find it difficult to find researches that support the effectiveness of antiretroviral drugs
3. Articles that mention the social , economical implications of this drug.
4. Articles of alternative treatments.

please help me to find as many useful websites as possible

The topic is fixed and I need to discuss its implication in general but not to only a specific type of people

- It is better to limit your study to:
a few brand name drugs,
concentrate on the effectiveness on only one group of people,
e.g. adults, adolescents or pediatrics.
