關於現在完成式既問題

Mary係今早八點半俾左d書Sam，叫佢丟左d書，Sam係九點丟左d書，Mary睇住Sam係九點鐘丟左d書，跟住Sam係九點零分零二秒同Mary講"I have thrown out the books."，大家覺得有無問題。

It should not be thrown out ...(maybe)'I have thrown the books already.'
Maybe it is better???
Because already is a keyword , it is 1 of the tips for you to use present perfect .
