Football team is working out im a sophmore in Highschool and missed 3 days of workouts how much stronger are they now since they worked out for 3 days and note they work out for about 2 hours and 30mins how much stronger could I have gotten if I went and this is a serious question.Or I Would still have to workout to see results.
3 days isn't going to produce a lot of results, but missing 3 days will set you back a bit...just get back in there and work hard...you'll catch up with them quickly...
What's strength got to do with it? Endurance, maneuverability and the ability to follow routine and instruction are much more important. A missed three days you can catch up on as far as strength goes (it's very little) it's knowing the instructions and what it is you're needed to do your missing. Have a talk with the Coach and show him you need to know to catch up.
haha first i will agree with BabeHart (also love your source). second it doesnt matter if you work out everyday the rest of your life if you dont work out right and with a good diet. since your in highschool im guessing more than half the kids were just messing around anyway, so ill 2nd the notion to just get back at it and you'll be fine.
