2. Credit cards from Hong Kong?

3. ATM cards from Korea?

4. Credit cards from Korea?

(By the way, due to close relationship of Korea and the U.S., you should drop the idea of Union Pay and select visa instead.)

1. Visa, as always. Union Pay is still very limited.

2. In most of case, no. Additional card from your parents is the only method.

You may have a better chance in Korea.
