背景：我已經做左野幾年(HR)。本身係hi dip底，因為前境，想拎番張沙紙，明白無沙紙真係好慘。本身家境清貧，亦唔係好儲到錢。家境亦唔能夠俾我唔做野走去full-time讀書。

我有以下問題一直困擾我：
１.想讀HR，讀part time degree好定係pro diploma好?
Part-time degree認受性高唔高? 同埋好似讀好耐，同好貴
Pro diploma就平少少，同埋唔使讀咁耐...但好似無咁好，始終唔係degree

２.PT degree係咪一黎就要讀3-4年? 有無好course可能介紹下?
同埋大約咩價錢?

希望有心人或專業人士可以幫下小弟，感澈不盡。

1. Degree.

The true professional qualification in human resources usually requires a minimum education level of Bachelor.

(Anything else - you can forget it.)

2. Yes in your case. You should look for BBA with Human Resource focus.

你可以報讀香港公開大學，你本身已有 Hi Dip ，應該可以減免部份學分，相信很快可以完成學士學位。
