Hey guys, im thinking of upgrading my PC in terms of processors and motherboard
Here is my current setup

Processor: Intel i3 530 @2.93GHZ
And i was thinking of upgrading into this one

The problem is i can't buy them both at the same time, so what do you think should i buy first?
oh and P.S. If you guys are wondering, im using my computer as a gaming platform. and if you're also wondering my GPU is a GTX580 OC (i don't know if my GPU is outdated) so can you guys help me out on deciding what to buy first? :D

Well its a bit "over the top" ...are you going to use the triple SLI slots? If not, just one will do. Unless you NEED all that usage of a i7-4770K an i5 will do nicely. For Gaming You would want higher speed ram, 8-16GB and a higher end video card. The 580 is still right up there with the big boys and a bit too much for an i3-530. hm.. if you want better, at q2 of 2014, haswell e is releasing, and broadwell really looks a gain in huge performance. i suggest waiting, cuz if the cpu changes, the lga no. would change too...
