3. A solution of sodium hydroxide reacts with hydrochloric acid to form magnesium chloride solution and water

4. A solution of potassium oxalate reacts with a solution of calcium chloride to form aqueous potassium chloride and solid calcium oxalate.

The first one can't be balanced as written. The easiest near-alternative would be ... iron (II) chloride...:
Na2CO3 + FeCl2 → FeCO3 + 2 NaCl

2.
2 NaCl + Pb(NO3)2 → PbCl2 + 2 NaNO3

3. This is nonsense. You have sodium as a reactant with no sodium in the products. And magnesium as a product with no magnesium in the reactants.

4.
K2C2O4 + CaCl2 → 2 KCl + CaC2O4

[If you need states, add them yourself -- the problem tells you what they are.]
