老師要學生跪下認錯 有否犯法?

有,就算要罵學生也不可以用這種相似侮辱學生方法,依法律條例是可以罰緩的喔!

凡事不是看外表的，在古時就是嚴師出高徒，但現代。。。。。。都被列入法律了，從中可以看到世界已不同了。大家不面對面地，拿出來好好談就沒法相處下去，只有彼此憎恨的，還是用溝通講的方式好D。

先唔講犯唔犯法，老師要個中學生跪下認錯係一件好唔尊重ge行為，你估你係人地父母咩？個學生有咩做錯都好，都冇理由要人地ge仔女跪個老師，如果好嚴重就可以交俾校長或者訓導處理
