Kwangary, I don't understand why 這間房有牆會好些. The above sentence could be translated better if you explain about it.

We are afraid that the metal board cannot hold the weight of your bicycle and the board for hanging it. Consequently, I suggest you take this room, which wall is much stronger.

We are afraid about the roast cannot afford the weight both cycle and board.

As such, that room will be suggested by comparing to the first one.
