How long will it take to charge a 13000mAh device.?

So two questions.

1) I've just bought a 13000mAh (13 thousand) portable battery pack. How long will it take to charge using a conventional IPad wall adapter? (I think they're rated at 2A, 5V making it 10W).

2) how long will it then take to charge a device like an iPad from 0 to 100% using the portable battery pack?

Also (sorry I know this makes it three) I live In the UK and my uncle from the states shipped me an iPad from over there and I'm using a two pin to three pin adapter, does this reduce efficiency at all? Should I buy a three pin adapter from apple? (Cause those nasties are extortionate)

It's an iPad 4 btw.

Thanks a lot.

13mAh = 13Ah
13Ah/2A= 6.5 hr. So, you should be able to fully charge the pack overnight.

The time it would take to charge the iPad would be a similar calculation, but we need the Ah rating on the iPad battery.

Voltage does play a part , a charger has to overcome the batteries potential and resistance to charge the battery. Its not on common to see a battery charging 2.5-4 volt over what the battery is rated at.
