what can i do to make my anxiety go away?

I've been getting anxious for years about going to school and I don't know what to do. Any suggestions on how I can clear things up?

I have the same thing and im seeing a therapist ... psychologist n psychiatrist n there u talk about how u feel n they help u ... besides that they cud medicate u... They give me pills for the anxiety ... its the best way to get better.

I think you should talk about it with someone and maybe see a therapist. it would really help :)
