Mary 由早上九點開始鬧Sally，到了九點零三分，Sally開始哭，在九點零三分，Mary 鬧緊Sally, 係九點零五分，Sally 係度哭緊，Mary 亦都鬧緊Sally，咁係九點零五分可唔可以講"Mary has made Sally cry." Make lee 個動詞係米一下子，唔米持續性。

Mary has made Sally cry;=the present perfect tense.with the present idea of now=up to now.For duration of an action begun in the past and continuing to the present(and possibly to the future), eg:-
Mary has just made Sally cry (for 2 min.)
(09:05-09:03=00:02)(possibly to the future has the Negative sense)
