Reported Speech 即係報告番人o地講gei o野，除o左用 said 仲可以用 order/ask/told.......

例如 "Don't eat that fast!" my mother said.

---> my mother ordered me not to eat that fast

my mother told me not to eat that fast

Alan asked, "Where is the bus stop?"

---> Alan asked me where the bus stop is

要注意問句，動詞要放o係subject後面

Where IS the bus stop?

becomes...

where the bus stop IS.

to之後未必要用infinitive，因為許多情況下，只要to是preposition，那時就要用名詞或動名詞，如：

I was used to studying late.

He devoted himself to writing.

若要想知某個動詞後面的to應該用infintive或gerund，只要我們先將一個名詞放在to後面，而文法仍然正確，那個to後面就是用動名詞，如：

He told me to market.(就不合文法，所以這to要用infinitve，像：He told me to go)

而I am looking forward to your letter.（文法是正確，所以可用動名詞）

To-infinites: after to , you don't need to add "ed","ing","s".....(a verb)

Bare-infinitive姐係"to-infintive"冇to既形態
英文入面有d動詞系跟Gerund或to-infinitive或bare-infinitive
亦都有動詞跟gerund、to-infinitive,(呢d不多說了)
跟Bare-infinitive的動詞有很多,大概可以分成幾類:

1) 感官上 e.g. see,watch,hear,small,taste...

2) had better, would rather, can do nothing but...

3) model verbs e.g. will, would, shall, should...

*4) need not, dare not, do, did, does

comparing amounts refer to that of numbers, quantities,etc which can be physically counted. For example, compariing the number of books that one and his got.Comparative and superlative refers to different forms of adjective. For example, good, better and best
