attend British Council (useful but the fee is a bit expensive)
or read more English books and watch more English movies/anime
or try to speak more English with them
The most important thing is that try to make them love English, let them feel that English is a fun language.
I am a secondary school student and when I am Primary 1, I don't like English too. I watched lots of anime and movies in Pearl and I started loving English!
Mybe you can let them to watch some English TV programmes in Pearl, it is quite useful
