In what way do economic factors drive political and military decisions?
In my opinion that will depend on what political party is in office;e.g. communist party. In regards to that party it is belief in social system in which property is owned by the community and used for the good of all its members; as in U.S.S.R.its political and social system in which all power is held by the highest menbers of the Communist Party, which controls the land and its resources, the means of production, transport, etc., and directs the activities of the people. Supposed if its economic is in decline or even depression then the highest member will either make decision to deal with thet decline or depression; or that of military by decreasing of personnels.
