香港知識產權在外國受保護？

事件是這樣的，我的創作已經被印刷並刊登在雜誌上，但我最近發現，有一家在歐洲不知名的華人雜誌，竟然將成篇文章連雜誌排版原封不動地刊登在他們雜誌上，我想問，香港的產權法在外國適用嗎？有辦法追溯嗎？我看到他們除了我，也偷了不少國內的雜誌........求指教

2. It depends. In most instances, when a work is published, the publisher usually requires creators to forfeit the copyright before the publication. For example, a song does not belong to the singer, but the record company. In this case, it depends on if you have forfeit your right as the copyright owner.
If you did forfeit your right, the publisher is the one having standing to sue. Otherwise, you have.
