每次執行GameGuard時會確認新的升級.錯誤代碼 340, 350, 360, 361, 380 是GameGuard升級失敗時發生的錯誤.1. 由於殺毒軟體(防火牆)的連接限制可能會發生GameGuard無法升級的情況.
- 在殺毒軟體的選項中允許GameGuard或在玩遊戲時暫時關閉後使用.2. 由於外部防火牆導致無法連結GameGuard升級服務器的情況.
- 公司和公共機關內部大部分都使用防火牆. 防火牆可能會限制與遊戲服務器和GameGuard升級服務器的連接. 請向網絡管理員諮詢.3. 互聯網線路異常
- 檢查互聯網線路是否經常斷開或聯網前時是否需要認證.4. 設定代理主機(Proxy)的情況
打開互聯網窗口在菜單條中確認 [工具] - [網際網路選項] - [連線] - [區域網路(LAN)設定]
查看 Proxy伺服器是否被選擇,如果選擇請取消.

5. hosts 文件變更
- hosts文件主要作用是將特定的網址向其他地址變更. 是經常被間諜軟體或病毒損壞的文件, 因此需要用下面的方法進行檢查.Step.1
在下面的位置雙擊hosts文件.

WindowNT/2000 : c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Windows XP : c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
