relatively 是相對地, 和 pretty 相當地 有本質上不同的地方.
He is relatively tall. 他相對地高. (通常是和另一個東西比較)
He is pretty tall. 他相當高. (和一班人的印象做比較).
舉例, 某個人身高190cm.
Although he is pretty tall in my opinion, he is relatively short in the baseketball team.

look 後面接形容詞, look like 後面接名詞.
舉例:
He looks smart.
He looks like a genius.
